Any Unsolicited Material submitted, including but not limited to pitches, outlines, scripts, treatments, etc. to Stan & Deliver Films via any means will be discarded and will not be read. The purpose of this submission policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings if your Unsolicited Material seems similar to a Stan & Deliver Films project. 

 

Please note, if you choose to disregard this submission policy and choose to submit materials to Stan & Deliver Films regardless, and via any means, you acknowledge that you have read our submission policy and understand and agree that by making such a submission of Unsolicited Material, Stan & Deliver Films, Ltd. has no obligation to you or your submission, and that any similarity between your Unsolicited Material and any Stan & Deliver Films project is merely coincidental. By submitting Unsolicited Material to Stan & Deliver Films, you agree that the act of such submission does not establish an express or implied contract or relationship with Stan & Deliver Films and you agree to release Stan & Deliver Films, its subsidiaries and assigns, and any of Stan & Deliver Films’ agents or employees, from any and all liability and claims which may arise as a result of any submitted Unsolicited Material.
